About the Warehouse Sale
The Steiff items sold during the warehouse sale are of the same quality as Steiff items available through our online shop or through a certified Steiff retailer, but are made available to you at prices below the suggested retail prices because of the following:
  •  Items without their (Limited Edition) certificates,  original boxes, or original accessories (e.g. matching ornament); all Limited Edition items are shipped WITHOUT their certificate and original box (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  •  Items used as samples or displays
  • Discontinued items (i.e. items that are no longer produced)
  • Inventory clearance

Warehouse sale items do not include used/returned items for children or babies.

 

Warehouse sale “Ear-Tag” policy

To protect the value of collectible items purchased at full price, the ear tags of ALL items purchased at this warehouse sale will be slit/cut, unless specifically indicated.

 

Ordering information
Your warehouse sale orders may take up to seven business days to be processed. To minimize delays in processing and shipping your order, please review your order details (.e.g. bill-to and ship-to addresses, contact information, credit card information, etc.) before submitting your order. Please notify us of any errors in your order as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for delays due to errors in the order information, or for any costs that may be associated with correcting errors.

Address corrections/changes of packages already in-transit will result in an address correction fee of $12.00.

In some instances, your order may not be filled because one or more of your items are no longer available. If this should occur, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items which are no longer available. Any charges resulting from such orders will be refunded.

Sales tax may be applied to your order depending on your shipping address. Currently, sales tax are collected for orders shipped to the following states:
  • New York
  • Massachusetts
  • Michigan
  • Rhode Island
Forms of Payment
The following forms of payment are accepted:
  • Visa credit/debit cards
  • MasterCard credit/debit cards
  • Discover credit/debit cards
The following forms of payment are not currently accepted:
  • American Express
  • COD
  • Checks
  • Gift cards (not registered to name and billing address)
Shipping

Warehouse sale items can be shipped only to the 50 US States, the District of Columbia, and to US Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Your order will ship via FedEx Ground. USPS services are available on request. If you want to use USPS, please include it in the comments/special instructions. Expedited services (e.g. 2-day, overnight delivery, Saturday delivery, etc.)  are not available for warehouse sale orders.

Steiff Warehouse Sale shipments are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground.


 Shipping costs: $8.90/order (flat-rate)

 

Returns

Warehouse sale items are sold “as-is”. Items purchased at the Warehouse Sale ARE NON-RETURNABLE unless the return is due to the shipment of a wrong product (i.e. EAN of item shipped does not match the EAN in the order.) Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt.

If the wrong items were shipped, please notify Steiff USA as immediately. You may notify us and request for a return authorization through your teddybearwarehousesale.com account or by sending us a return request at support@steiffusa.com.

Requests for returns must be made by within 30 days of the shipping date. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Shipping charges are NOT refunded.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Steiff Warehouse Sale Shop collects information about the use of the service to provide a secure and personalized experience. This includes the customer's name, purchasing records, and shopping patterns.

We may collect information when you: (a) place an order via the Steiff Warehouse Sale Shop (b) send email messages or other information to us.

Like many other websites, the Steiff Warehouse Sale Shop uses a standard technology called "cookies." Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored on your hard drive and not on our site. They can help make your internet experience quicker and more convenient. Cookies let you keep shopping cart information independent from our servers. They help us understand how customers use our service, which allows us to improve and tailor the service. You will not be able to use the Steiff Warehouse Sale Shop if you disable cookies.

We may contact you with special product-related offers via e-mail. If you wish no longer wish to receive information via e-mail, you may unsubscribe from the list at any time - the unsubscribe links are provided with every e-mail that is sent to you.

Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or loan your information to third parties without your permission. So, for example, we do not sell your email address or other information to mass marketers.

Privacy Protection for Children
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly provide our service to persons under the age of 18.
